OLF was appointed in 2016 to manage the relocation and refurbishment of 600m2 of office space, including boardroom, executive office and a trading floor. Along with a high-quality finish, a detailed technical specification was required, leading OLF to appoint a design team to work with the Client’s IT department in developing the design brief whilst the planning application was being submitted. Co-ordination of the decorative and technical consultants and designers was a critical element of OLF’s appointment.

Works in Monaco require a highly organised approach due to the multitude of internationally recognised events held down at the harbour and the limited access and technical space of the existing building block. Particular attention was given to the mixed use of the building and noise and disturbance to other offices and residential tenants.

Following the successful completion of this project, OLF was appointed by two other businesses in the same building to manage the refurbishment of a further 400m2 of office space to the same high specification.
