OLF was appointed as Client Representative and Project Managers to oversee the improvement of this prime Monaco Penthouse. The property is a lease, so cost control was critical, however, the clients demanded a very high level of finishes. The property was redecorated, new joinery added to prime spaces, a new large salt-water fish tank was installed, new integrated entertainment system and additional lighting added throughout.

As part of our appointment, OLF undertook the process of planning permissions and landlord approval, cost management and reporting and oversaw the moving process for the client from their previous home into the completed property. As usual in Monaco, access was very complicated, and had to be tightly managed so as to avoid significant disruption to neighbouring properties.

For the works, OLF used our own construction arm based in France to allow the client maximum flexibility and control of the works. The clients occupied the property before the joinery was fitted so using OLF’s own team of skilled tradesmen gave the clients peace of mind and the necessary level of security, knowing the people working in their home were looking after their interests.
