OLF PM was appointed to oversee the development of this clifftop villa set within a private estate near St Tropez, France. The brief was to obtain an addendum to the existing building permit and develop the project with the architect and interior designer for tender purposes to ensure the quickest start on site, following what had been a protracted Approval period. Having met with the local planning department, OLF appointed the remaining members of the design team on the client’s behalf to develop the concept in line with their vision.

Due to the complexity of the location, working within a private domain with limited access, and restricted to only ten months’ working period within the year, meticulous co-ordination was required for the construction phase. We kept tight control of the initial budget with full financial transparency through the procurement process. Since the client desired flexibility within the design, managing the contractor and costs for changes was pivotal. OLF is currently overseeing the final stages of construction for a summer 2020 completion.
